Mentor Startup

We believe that founder talent should be surrounded by seasoned insight early and often. Our startups move fast — from ideation to market in months — and benefit tremendously from experts who have “been there before.” Your experience helps shape go-to-market, pricing, hiring, capital strategy, product roadmap, and more.


All roles are equity-compensated based on commitment level and engagement scope.

Ways to Contribute

Weekly or bi-weekly engagement with one of our early-stage founders. You’ll serve as a sounding board and strategic thought partner as they navigate the complexities of building from zero to one.
  • Ideal for experienced operators and exited founders
  • 1:1 coaching, functional guidance, team building, and strategic planning
  • Commitment: ~2–4 hours per week for 3–6 months
  • Equity Compensation: Aligned with early-stage advisory standards
Lightweight, high-impact input every 4–6 weeks.
You’ll participate in structured advisory sessions to help founders pressure-test their strategies and adjust course.
  • Ideal for domain experts, GTM leaders, technical specialists, or startup veterans
  • 90-minute sessions with optional ad hoc follow-ups
  • Commitment: ~2–4 hours per month
  • Equity Compensation: Based on ongoing advisory support
Join the formal governance structure of a venture as it matures post-launch.
Board members provide oversight and accountability while supporting key strategic decisions.
  • Ideal for senior leaders and investors with deep startup or industry experience
  • Formal quarterly board meetings + ad hoc support
  • Commitment: ~12–20 hours annually
  • Equity Compensation: Structured per venture board guidelines
