At Suncoast Venture Studio, we use artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance our website’s visuals, content, and podcasts. Here’s a simple breakdown of how we do it.
Crafting Visuals with AI
Our visuals were brought to life through a collaborative AI-driven process:
- Prompt Templates: We use ChatGPT to design detailed templates that guide the creation of images, ensuring they match our brand’s style.
- Custom AI Assistant – Sundial: We’ve developed an AI tool named Sundial that helps our team generate detailed image prompts based on our templates.
- Image Creation: Team members describe the desired visuals to Sundial, which then generates prompts. These prompts are used with platforms like MidJourney and Google ImageFX to create images.
- Refinement: We select the best images and use Sundial to fine-tune them until we’re satisfied with the final result.
Writing and Refining Content
The website’s content followed a streamlined AI-enhanced workflow:
- Initial Drafts: Our team writes the content, focusing on our mission and services.
- AI-Assisted Proofreading: Sundial reviews and refines these drafts to ensure they are consistent and clear. Read more about Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Web Optimization: The final content is formatted for the web to make it engaging and easy to read.
Producing Podcasts with AI
Our podcasts showcase local and regional insights, produced with a blend of human intelligence and AI storytelling:
- Data Collection: We gather reports and publications from local organizations and input them into NotebookLM, customizing prompts to highlight key insights.
- Scripting: We refine prompts to develop the right focus for each podcast episode.
- Voice Generation: Using ElevenLabs, we create high-quality, natural-sounding voiceovers for intros, outros, and commercials.
- Final Production: We combine these elements to produce polished podcasts that inform and inspire.
